heil retreat: come home to your body

Holistic Endometriosis & Intimate Lifestyle, a three-day immersion for women living with endometriosis who desire something beyond managing symptoms: more compassionate relationship with their bodies, deeper self-trust, meaningful connection, rest, intimacy, and the freedom to remember the woman beyond the diagnosis.

HEIL™: The art of being

Endometriosis may affect the body, but its impact can reach far beyond physical symptoms. It can shape work, relationships, energy, body image, sexuality, fertility decisions, confidence, spontaneity, and the way a woman experiences herself.

Many women learn to push through. To minimize. To explain. To endure. To carry pain quietly while continuing to meet the expectations of everyone around them.

HEIL™ begins somewhere gentler.

Not with another demand to overcome your body, but with an invitation to listen to it differently.  HEIL™ creates space to acknowledge what hurts while also remembering everything else that is still alive within you: desire, creativity, tenderness, sensuality, courage, pleasure, possibility, identity, and choice. You are allowed to seek excellent medical care and still cultivate tenderness toward the body receiving that care.

HEIL™ does not reduce you to symptoms. The retreat explores several dimensions of living with endometriosis while remaining firmly within an educational, coaching, and experiential scope.

The Invitation

You are more than a diagnosis.

  • Discussing intimacy when sex or touch has become associated with pain or apprehension
  • Reclaiming sensuality without pressure for sexual performance
  • Practicing boundaries, consent, yes, no, maybe, slower, and not today
  • Receiving affection or care without obligation

  •  Exploring the emotional impact of chronic or recurring symptoms
  • Making room for grief around lost time, changed plans, or unmet expectations
  • Reconnecting with joy and pleasure in ways your body welcomes
  • Identifying supportive rituals for demanding days
  • Preparing more confidently for conversations with healthcare professionals
  • Recognizing where self-worth has become tied to productivity
  • Exploring relationship communication around pain, energy, and intimacy
  • Remembering that womanhood is larger than reproduction, fertility, or physical capability

beyond pushing through. beyond the diagnosis.

What if strength could include receiving?

What if strength could include receiving?

What if strength could include receiving?

Women living with chronic symptoms often become remarkably capable. You learn to work around pain, adapt schedules, keep commitments, care for others, and continue moving.

That strength matters. But it does not have to become the only way you know how to live. HEIL™ invites another expression of strength: asking for help, honoring limits, allowing rest, accepting kindness, and letting care reach you.

Remember the woman who still lives here.

What if strength could include receiving?

What if strength could include receiving?

Pain can become so consuming that the body starts to feel like a medical project. Appointments, treatments, symptoms, medications, fertility questions, and plans can dominate attention.

This retreat creates space to remember that your identity is larger than any diagnosis. You are still a woman with desires, creativity, humor, intelligence, tenderness, relationships, dreams, and a life deserving of beauty.

Intimacy does not begin with what your body can tolerate. It begins with whether your truth can be heard.

intimacy and endometriosis

For some women, endometriosis changes the relationship with sex, sensuality, touch, or desire. Pain may create anticipation, fear, frustration, grief, or distance. Partners may also struggle to know how to respond.

HEIL™ does not promise to resolve painful intercourse or any medical symptom. Instead, it offers a compassionate setting to explore communication, consent, emotional intimacy, non-goal-oriented affection, body trust, and ways of experiencing connection that do not require overriding pain.

your three-day journey: three movements back toward yourself

Day 1: Arrive

Day 2: remember

Day 2: remember

I am allowed to be here.

Arrival, nourishment, orientation, embodied grounding, personal intention, boundaries and consent, gentle reflection, community introductions, and an opening circle centered on being witnessed rather than fixed.

What has my body been asking me to hear?

Day 2: remember

Day 2: remember

Day 2: remember

I am more than what hurts.

Body compassion, identity, self-advocacy, intimacy and communication, receiving, rest, creative expression, optional gentle movement, shared meals, spacious personal time, and an evening ritual honoring the whole woman.

Who am I when my diagnosis is not the center of the room?

day 3: return

Day 2: remember

day 3: return

I will remain beside myself.

Integration, boundaries, sustainable rhythms, support mapping, relationship intentions, self-advocacy preparation, personal rituals, closing reflection, and a gentle return to everyday life.

How do I want to care for myself when I return home?

An environment designed to ask less of you.

Rest is Part of the Retreat

HEIL™ intentionally includes spaciousness. You may rest, journal, walk, read, sit outside, enjoy tea, nap, or simply be quiet. Participation in movement or embodied practices can be modified or declined based on your comfort and capacity that day.

The setting is intentionally warm, beautiful, and unhurried. Quiet mornings, comfortable accommodations, thoughtfully prepared meals, flowers, natural textures, intimate gathering spaces, restorative time, and the expansive New Mexico sky become part of the experience.

Care without earning it.

One of the retreat's central invitations is receiving: nourishment, rest, kindness, attention, beauty, support, and appropriate professional care without immediately trying to prove you deserve it. The Ceremony of Receiving is never forced. It begins with choice.

who this is for

You Are Worthy of Support Long Before You Reach Your Breaking Point.

You Are Worthy of Support Long Before You Reach Your Breaking Point.

You Are Worthy of Support Long Before You Reach Your Breaking Point.

  •  You live with diagnosed or suspected endometriosis and want a compassionate supportive experience.
  • You are tired of feeling that your identity revolves around symptoms.
  • You want to relate to your body with greater kindness without minimizing real medical needs.
  • You find it difficult to rest or receive help without guilt.
  • Pain, fatigue, bloating, scars, or treatment have affected your body image.
  • Intimacy has become complicated by pain, fear, disconnection, or pressure.
  • You want to communicate your needs and boundaries more confidently.
  • You long to be around women who understand what invisible symptoms can require.
  • You want practical rituals for navigating demanding days with greater self-respect.
  • You desire a retreat where rest is honored as much as participation.

This Retreat Is Not a Promise of Cure. It is not:

You Are Worthy of Support Long Before You Reach Your Breaking Point.

You Are Worthy of Support Long Before You Reach Your Breaking Point.

  • Medical diagnosis or treatment
  • A cure or treatment for endometriosis
  • Psychotherapy or trauma treatment
  • Pelvic-floor physical therapy
  • Fertility treatment or reproductive medical advice
  • Medication, nutrition, surgical, or hormonal prescribing
  • A substitute for licensed medical or mental-health care
  • A setting where participants are expected to push through pain

No previous experience with Tantra, embodiment, meditation, or retreats is required. What matters is curiosity, personal responsibility, respect for others’ boundaries, and a willingness to communicate your own needs as clearly as you can.

a note from minh - founder, endotransformation

For years, endometriosis shaped the relationship I had with my body. There were times I wanted my body to simply cooperate with the life I had planned. Eventually, my questions began to change. What if my body was not asking me to surrender my life to illness, but asking me to stop abandoning myself within it?

HEIL™ grew from that inquiry. Not from the belief that tenderness replaces excellent healthcare. It does not. But a woman deserves both: appropriate professional care and a relationship with herself that is not built entirely around war within herself. My hope is that you leave remembering that endometriosis may be part of your story, but it does not get to narrate every chapter.

your invitation

Your body is part of your story. It does not have to become the whole story.

Arrive for three days where nothing about your womanhood needs to be proven. Where rest belongs. Where your boundaries matter. Where your experience can be witnessed without becoming your identity.

Remember the woman beyond the diagnosis.
