Founder of Endotransformation™

Creator of The Art of Being™, HEIL™,  My Intimate Tantric Sanctuary™

I did not create Endotransformation™ because I mastered life.

I created it because life kept inviting me deeper into it.

Through motherhood.

Through living in a body that demanded my attention.

Through relationships that taught me the difference between loving someone and abandoning myself in the process.

Through professional success that eventually made me question what success actually means.

Through beginnings I never anticipated.

Through endings I could not control.

Through beauty, grief, intimacy, uncertainty, and the continual practice of returning to myself.

Somewhere along that journey, I stopped believing transformation was about becoming someone better.

I began understanding it as something far more intimate:

Remembering who you are beneath everything you learned you had to be. That understanding became Endotransformation™.

Before the Retreats

My life has never existed entirely inside the wellness world.

For years, I worked in professional environments that valued structure, responsibility, leadership, communication, and results.

I earned my master's degree and built a career in human resources, administration, education, and people-centered leadership.

That part of my life matters deeply to the way I facilitate today.

It taught me how to listen to different perspectives.

How to create structure.

How to hold difficult conversations.

How to recognize the difference between intention and impact.

How to respect boundaries.

How to understand that people need both compassion and accountability.

And perhaps most importantly, it taught me that human beings cannot be reduced to one dimension of their lives.

Behind every title is a person.

Behind every behavior is a story.

Behind every achievement is a nervous system.

Behind every relationship is an entire inner world.

That understanding eventually followed me far beyond the workplace.

how it all began

Neo-Tantra: What captivated me was not provocation. It was presence.

Breath. Slowness. Embodiment. Receiving. Consent.

The vulnerability of being seen without performing.

Neo-Tantra gifted form to questions I was already living.

Can I remain connected to myself while loving another?

Can desire exist without expectation?

Can intimacy help two people become more fully themselves rather than disappear into each other?

My Body Became One of My Greatest Teachers

Living with endometriosis profoundly shaped the relationship I had with my body. There were seasons when I wanted my body to simply cooperate with the life I had planned. Pain could feel like interruption. Limitation. Something to overcome. For a long time, healing meant trying to get away from what hurt.

Eventually, my questions changed.

Instead of only asking:

How do I make this stop?

I began asking:

How do I remain in relationship with myself while this is here?

That did not mean romanticizing pain. It did not mean replacing medicine with mindset. And it did not mean pretending difficult experiences were somehow gifts. It meant refusing to make war with myself while seeking the care and support I needed. That inquiry became the foundation of HEIL™, Holistic Endometriosis & Intimate Lifestyle. HEIL™ began from a conviction I still hold.

A woman deserves appropriate professional healthcare and a relationship with her body that is not defined entirely by fear, frustration, or pathology.

Motherhood Changed My Definition of Presence

Becoming a mother taught me another kind of wisdom.

Children live close to the present moment.

They become fascinated by things adults walk past.

A bug.

A cloud.

A joke that has already been told ten times.

A question that cannot be answered quickly.

Watching my sons grow has continually reminded me how easily adults become so busy creating a life that we forget to experience the one already happening.

Motherhood sharpened something inside me.

I began caring less about appearing accomplished and more about being intentionally alive.

Not perfectly.

But genuinely.

I hope my children remember that I looked up.

That I listened.

That we laughed.

That home felt alive.

That love was something they experienced, not simply something they were told.

Those lessons eventually became part of The Art of Being™.

The intentions I bring into the room.

You do not need to perform healing.

You do not need to perform healing.

You do not need to perform healing.

You are welcome to arrive honestly rather than impressively.

Bodies communicate.

You do not need to perform healing.

You do not need to perform healing.

Embodiment begins by becoming curious about what is already true.

Boundaries create intimacy.

You do not need to perform healing.

Boundaries create intimacy.

Freedom, choice, truth, and consent make genuine connection possible.

Receiving is a practice.

Self-trust is the destination.

Boundaries create intimacy.

Care does not always need to become a debt.  Explore the experiences, discover The Art of Being™, or begin a private conversation about what is calling you.

Ordinary life is sacred.

Self-trust is the destination.

Self-trust is the destination.

The work belongs at breakfast and on difficult Tuesdays, not only inside retreats.

Self-trust is the destination.

Self-trust is the destination.

Self-trust is the destination.

Transformative facilitation returns authority to you.

The Continuing Practice, I am walking too, still a student.

A student of life, love, the body, intimacy, motherhood, grief, beauty, and being human.

For all that I have lived, studied, facilitated, and created, I do not stand on the other side of transformation pointing toward a destination. I am still learning what it means to listen without preparing an answer. To receive without immediately giving back. To recognize when fear is speaking more loudly than truth. To remain curious when certainty would feel easier. To soften without surrendering discernment. To begin again when life reveals something I had not yet understood.

There are things I have lived long enough to understand deeply. There are practices I can teach, experiences I can thoughtfully facilitate, and spaces I know how to hold with care.

There are also things I do not know. Questions I am still living. Places where another professional has greater expertise. And moments when life reminds me that wisdom is not having every answer.

That humility matters to me because intimate work carries responsibility. I never want someone entering Endotransformation™ to believe that I possess a level of wholeness they have somehow failed to achieve. Sometimes I guide. Sometimes I listen. Sometimes another person's courage teaches me something I could never have learned from a book.

Transformation is not becoming someone new. It is remembering who you are, and developing the courage to live from that place. I am Still learning. Still forgetting. Still remembering. Still returning.

Outside the Work

I am still simply Minh.

A mother. A daughter. A woman who loves flowers, travel, movement, nature, beautiful food, intimate conversation, and experiences that make time seem to slow.

A morning without hurry. A rose that somehow looks different from every rose before it. A meal that becomes a three-hour conversation. The people I love laughing hard enough to forget the time.

These moments are not separate from The Art of Being™.

They are the philosophy.

A Letter From Me to You

Perhaps something within you is ready to become audible again.

Dear Friend,

I do not know what brought you here.

Perhaps your body has been asking for your attention.

Perhaps you are single and wondering how to experience love without losing yourself.

Perhaps you already love someone and want to meet them again more deeply.

Perhaps your life looks beautiful from the outside but something inside you has grown quiet.

Perhaps you are simply curious.

Whatever the reason, I hope you understand this before anything else:

I am not interested in turning you into a different person.

I am interested in creating enough space that you can hear the person already there.

Your body belongs to you.

Your no matters.

Your yes matters.

Your uncertainty matters.

Your desires matter.

Your dignity matters.

You will never owe transformation to me because you entered one of my experiences.

You get to leave with your own interpretation.

Your own meaning.

Your own next step.

My deepest hope is not that you leave thinking:

Minh changed my life.

I hope you leave thinking:

I remembered something about myself I never want to abandon again.

If that happens, the work has done what it was meant to do.

With love,

Minh Vu
